Founded in 2020 by a girl with a phone, a computer, and a desire to help others tell their story and make real connections. Real Connections Media is committed to helping you produce a professional, productive podcast with Christ-centered values.
Hi, I’m Catherine Lee, Founder of Real Connections Media
I’m a Christ-follower, animal aficionado, and podcast connoisseur living in Western Nebraska with my 2 cats, bearded dragon, and gecko.
I’ve been interested in audio/ video production for many years, starting with my attempts at becoming a YouTuber in 2019. I actually started 3 channels total, one for crafts and natural living, one for interviewing equine professionals, and one for creating some humorous fan edits of tv shows and movies that made me smile.
Between now and then, I’ve had the opportunity to gain skills and work on so many amazing projects, such as writing blogs, creating social media content for busy coaches (short videos and audio soundbites), supporting the production of virtual events, and editing podcast episodes!
Jesus has made it all possible
My Savior has been with me through all of the ups and downs of business and life. My dream for this company as a whole is to do everything for His glory and help creatives bring impactful stories to life through podcasting.
I’m excited to grow our team of amazing, experienced producers here at Real Connections Media and help busy entrepreneurs save time and produce stunning podcasts.
In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts 24/7, hiking and enjoying God’s creation, horseback riding, spending time with my pets, cooking, writing, and most recently, learning how to play the piano.

Podcast Producers: Rob & Donna Ernest
Hi! We're Rob and Donna Ernest
Rob and Donna Ernest are excited to be part of the Real Connections Media team working with podcasters!
Donna says she fell in love with radio broadcasting and marketing right out of college while waiting to apply to medical school and working at the local radio station. She never sent that application and has spent most of her career in business with a focus on marketing.
Rob has spent one career as a radio broadcaster and is now in a second career as a minister with his own podcast, so he’s been involved in audio editing long before everything was digital.
They even owned a small market radio station for a while. They say the technology available now is like having a new toy to play with. So much fun!
When they’re not working, they love to fish in the pond on their acreage and spend time in the garden or DIY projects around the house. They have two beautiful grandchildren whom they adore and enjoy spending time with. Their two miniature Australian shepherds, Buddy and BJ (Buddy Jr), keep them busy throwing frisbees and taking long walks around the pond.

Anne is a Virtual Expert® with over 23 years of administrative experience.
She enjoys organizing/managing email accounts and calendars, as well as assisting clients with other back-end tasks that allow her clients more time to work on their business instead of in it.
Anne is a married mother of 3 boys. She enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, reading, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends.
