Scheduling Instagram posts can be fantastic for cutting down on the amount of work you have to do when it comes to Instagram. There are several social media scheduling services that also schedule posts to Instagram.
3rd Party Apps
Until I find a third-party app that is 100% okayed by Instagram that doesn’t hurt your trust with the algorithm, I’m going to steer clear. For a while there, the algorithm was hypersensitive to third-party apps. Many people and large Instagramers use third-party apps to schedule their posts with no adverse results. I’m personally still a little gun shy for now, however.
Look at online reviews and make your own decision on what third-party apps you trust to post to Instagram for you.
Facebook/ Instagram Creator Studio
Thankfully, the platform itself has a place where you can schedule your posts: Creator Studio. If you have a linked Facebook page with your Instagram account, you can easily schedule posts for both of them.
To find Creator Studio, simply google: Facebook Creator Studio. Login if you need to and make sure the Instagram account is linked to your page. Once that’s done, you can start scheduling posts for whatever days and times you desire.
How to Schedule:
Step 1: Click on “Create Post” in the top left-hand corner.
Step 2: Click “Instagram Feed,” unless you are uploading an IGTV Video
Step 3: Write your caption, then add your hashtags, location, and image files.
Step 4: Click the blue/ white arrow in the right-hand bottom corner, then select “Schedule.” Choose the date and time that you desire.
Step 5: Schedule another post by repeating all of the above.
